Cervando Luna, also known by the last name Perez and Esparza, was a member of the PCHers and an honor roll student before his death in the Neptune High Bus Crash. He became a key piece to solving the case when Veronica discovered that he had hustled Liam Fitzpatrick out of $3,000 at a River Stix pool game.
With that money, Cervando bought a pair of $200 jeans. When Dick Casablancas ruined them by spraying on bleach, Cervando took it out on his brother Cassidy.
Cervando was also possibly one of the last people to see Felix Toombs alive on the Colorado Bridge before he was stabbed.
