Nicole Malloy is a recurring character introduced in fourth season of Veronica Mars. She is the former owner of Comrade Quack's which she sold after the first bombing.
Plot
In the beginning of Season 4, Nicole and Veronica become quite close. Nicole is funny with dry, sarcastic humor, which Veronica appreciates.
Nicole explained to Veronica why someone "like her" (not a spring break partying type) ended up running a bar like Comrade Quack's. She worked as a waitress years ago and requested extra security around the bar, since it was dark and they had to park several blocks away. Her boss denied her the request. One night, someone raped Nicole. She sued the owner for all he owned, which happened to just be Comrade Quack's.
