Terrence Cook is the wealthy father of Neptune High student, Jackie Cook. A former Sharks player, Terrence was widely expected to enter the Baseball Hall of Fame. Due to his affair with Ms. Dumas, who was threatening to write a tell-all book about him before she died in the bus crash, he was a prime suspect in that crime. He was exonerated when Leonard Lobo reveals that Terrence was at his casino at the time of the crash and thus could not have made any cell phone calls. However, the revelation of his gambling problems ends any hope he had of becoming a Hall of Famer and his gambling debts to Lobo result in him being forced to go to work for the casino operator.
